The city of Lansing will follow the latest guidance from Leavenworth County and State leaders and keep City facilities closed to the general public until April 24, 2020. City office and facility closure could be extended if conditions dictate such action. While the facilities are closed to the public, City staff will still be working and available by email and phone.
The city of Lansing is taking this action in response to the current COVID-19 national health emergency. The extended closure includes Lansing City Hall and the Lansing Community Center, 800 1st Terr.; the Lansing Municipal Building/Lansing Community Library, 800 1st Terr.; the Lansing Activity Center and the Parks and Recreation Dept. offices, 108 S. 2nd St.
