Economic Development Opportunities

Retail, office, and medical office space is available along Eisenhower Road, Main Street (K-7) and Kansas Avenue. Lansing Towne Center, located just west of Lansing's City Hall is a 34-acre development that is ideal for retail, hospitality, or a mixed use project.  This property is in an approved Tax Increment Finance (TIF) and Transportation Development District (TDD).

In recent years, a number of businesses have opened or expanded in Lansing, and we continue to see increased interest in our wonderful community.
