Who let the buffalo into City Hall? The Lansing "Fallen Flags" buffalo will soon be on display near the Community Center's variable message board on K-7 and Lansing Ln. Local artist Everett Ward designed this buffalo, which is part of the Leavenworth Co. Historical Society's "The Spirit of the Buffalo" exhibit. The first herd of ten buffalo will be located at different places around the county.
