Patron Discipline Policy

The Patron Discipline Policy ensures safety, order, and fairness at the Aquatic Center. Disciplinary actions escalate based on the severity and frequency of infractions, with different protocols for minors and adults.

General Process

  • Documentation: All infractions are recorded in a Patron Discipline Report.
  • Parent Communication: Parents/guardians are notified for minors involved in any incident.
  • Management Discretion: Severe infractions may result in skipping discipline tiers.
  • Appeals: Patrons may submit a written appeal to the Aquatic Manager within 5 business days of the incident.
